Job Description

We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate administrative procedures, and support the staff and management team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment and handle a range of organizational tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee office budget and expenditures, managing supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
  • Manage office filing systems, databases, and secure document storage.
  • Handle communication, including drafting correspondences, reports, and internal memos.
  • Supervise junior administrative staff and delegate tasks as appropriate.
  • Implement and maintain company administrative policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee records and assist with onboarding new staff.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • For people who have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, educational requirements may be compromised.
Skill & Experience
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience working as an Administrative Officer or in a similar capacity.
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate and persuade around operational concepts.
  • Good understanding of user experience in administrative processes.
