Step 3: Eligibility Documents and admission forms.

a) Application form
b) The wellness form is to be signed by the physician. Forms will be available at the school and can also be downloaded from the website.
c) Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation / Civic Authorities.
d) 7 Individual passport size colour photographs of the student
e) 5 Individual passport size colour photographs of both the parents
f) Blood group report of the child
g) Aadhar card copies of the parents/ Guardian and child
