Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture and inspire children aged 3-5 years. The ideal candidate will create a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment, fostering the children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through play-based and structured activities.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement a creative and engaging curriculum that adheres to early childhood education standards.
  • Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures to maintain order among students.
  • Observe and evaluate children's performance, development, and behavior.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians about students' progress and development.
  • Organize and supervise meal and rest periods, and indoor/outdoor play.
  • Manage a tidy, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Attend faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
Educational Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (E.C.C.Ed. or B.Ed. preferred).
  • Any Bachelor's degree completed with a certification in Montessori/Pre-Primary training.
  • For candidates with over 3 years of direct teaching experience, educational qualifications may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Skill & Experience
  • You have at least 1 year’s experience working as a Pre-Primary Teacher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and parents.
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Proficiency in creating learning materials and managing classroom activities.
