    1. Students are expected to respect the property of others. This includes respect for school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or furniture or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher. Any damage done will be made good by the one who
      causes it.

    3. The school is not responsible for the loss of any goods. Expensive gadgets like I-pod, MP3 players, smart watches and Mobile phones are strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this rule the gadgets will be confiscated and not returned to the student. The school bears no responsibility for gadgets lost in school.

    4. Students should be polite wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet the teachers when they meet them. Bullying and using foul language is not allowed.

    5. Parents and guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or teachers in the class room without prior permission of the Principal.

    6. Once the student enters the school premise they cannot leave without the explicit written permission of the principal or coordinator, in case they violate this rule, strict disciplinary action will be taken.

    7. Out station trips should be strictly avoided on school working days and no permission will be granted to leave school to board a flight/train/bus etc.

    8. Late comers, children who do not come in proper school uniform will be sent home. In this case parents will be asked to come to school to collect their children.

    9. Students are not allowed to bring any weapons of sharp instruments such as blades, knives, paper scalpels, scissors etc., to school.

    10. Bringing money to school is not allowed.

    11. Celebrating festivals with crackers and colours in school or in school bus is prohibited.

    12. Every student is required to contribute towards the cleanliness and maintenance of his/her class room.

    13. Cost of damage for the school property will have to be made good by his/her parents.

    14. Students will be held personally responsible for their actions on all school devices and networks.

    15. Students will receive a personal username and password after their guardians have accepted the terms of use. The safe handling and keeping of these is the responsibility of every user.

    16. Using or attempting to use another person’s login information is prohibited because it is not respectful and is a violation of that person’s privacy.

    17. Saving large personal files should be avoided. The Jain Heritage School will not assume responsibility for any lost files, media, messages, or attachments.

    18. Creating, sharing, sending or saving inappropriate, disturbing, indecent, offensive or threatening material is prohibited, and so is attempting to do this.

    19. Personal messages or material created by another person may not be shared without his or her permission. Doing so violates that person’s privacy and the secrecy of communications. Any such incidents must be reported immediately to a teacher and/or the user concerned.

    To the Principal, I/we desire to enroll My (son/daughter) at the Jain Heritage School Whitefield. If this application is successful, I/we hereby agree to the following conditions of enrolment:
    • This form will be a part of the Registration process and will be charged Rs. 1000/- which will be non refundable. The parents can also collect hard copies of the form from the School Front office.

    • I fully understand that registration is not a guarantee for admission and the application fee is non-refundable. Admission is granted only when there is an existing vacancy. Admission is strictly subject to the school guidelines and the managements decision.

    • I/we agree to understand, accept and support the Philosophy and Mission of the School and be bound by the rules governing the School, the authority of the Principal and the Board of Management of the School.

    • I/we agree to provide post dated cheques as per school instalment amount at the time of admission and only then the form will be accepted .If there is any delay in payment and the cheque bounces, the charges of 500 will be applicable to me per transaction attempted.

    • I/we agree that the School reserves the right, following admission, to discontinue the enrolment of a student at any time if it becomes evident that the School was misinformed regarding any detailed application documentation.

    • I/we have read and fully understood the terms and conditions listed in the Fee Schedule for the current academic year. I/we agree that for the payments of fees, we are jointly (together) and severally (alone), liable, regardless of whether a letter from a company or organization is provided clearly accepting its full liability for fee payments.

    • As part of school policy, all children have to be in school uniform while in school premises, unless informed otherwise.

    • I/we agree to pay all fees as detailed on fee structure and I/we understand that the non-payment on or before the requested date excludes the student from attending classes. It is our obligation to ensure the fees due are paid on time.

    • I/we agree to accept and be bound by the rules governing health and medical requirements for the safety of all students and faculty at the school. It is our obligation to ensure that evidence of required medical examinations, along with evidence of required immunizations are provided to the School within the stipulated period. I/we understand and accept that students may be required to undergo further medical emergency and/or safety precautionary measures during times of disease outbreak, or where medical investigative measures are deemed necessary by school policy or the Headmaster.

    • I give consent to use photograph / videography taken during school activities for promotional / educational purpose in social or print media. I also agree that these photographs will be sole property of the organization even after the child leaves the school.

    • I/we agree the School may at its discretion, suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment for failure to comply with the conditions mentioned in this application form, as well as for other serious breaches of the School’s rules and regulations.

    • I/we agree that the School is not liable for any loss or damage to the student’s personal belongings.

    • I/we agree to allow my/our children, to involve themselves in all of the School’s activities, including excursions/field trips arranged by the School.

    • I give my consent for the measures to be taken in emergency situation due to an accident/injury/medical emergency. The School will not be held responsible for any unforeseen incident. In case of serious emergency will intimate me and admit the child to the nearest hospital to hasten up treatment, the cost shall be borne by me under all circumstances.

    • I/we agree to have our contact details published in the school directory unless otherwise notified by us in writing to the School.GMments decision.
