Job Description

We are hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage all reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling administrative support for various departments, ensuring an organized and welcoming front office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Educational Requirements
  • Any Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Relevant training in office administration or hospitality is a bonus.
  • For people who have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, educational qualifications may be reviewed.
Skill & Experience
  • You have at least 1 year’s experience in a front desk, executive assistant, or receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, phones).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to be a quick learner.
