Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative vision and execution across major campaigns. This role involves **owning the visual strategy**, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring all creative output not only meets but **elevates** the overall brand identity and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • **Own the creative development** of large-scale marketing campaigns from concept through to final deployment.
  • **Mentor, guide, and review** the work of Junior and Mid-level designers, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • **Develop and maintain** the official visual brand guidelines and design system documentation.
  • **Present and justify** creative decisions to executive leadership and external clients.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and drive innovative solutions across various mediums (digital, print, motion).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and advocate for design best practices.
  • Manage external vendor relationships for print and specialized creative needs.
Skill & Experience
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in graphic design, with 2+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern prototyping tools (Figma/Sketch).
  • **Exceptional portfolio** demonstrating strategic thinking and brand development.
  • **Proven ability to lead projects, delegate tasks, and mentor team members.**
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale.
