Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Senior Web Developer to lead the technical direction and delivery of our core platforms. This role requires making critical architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, and **actively mentoring** the development team to uphold the highest standards of code quality and security.

Responsibilities
  • **Design and architect** complex, scalable web systems and define the technology stack.
  • Lead the technical planning for major projects and **delegate tasks** to Junior/Mid-level developers.
  • Conduct rigorous **code reviews** and enforce robust coding standards and security practices.
  • **Mentor and coach** team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Liaise with Product Management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Investigate and resolve high-priority architectural and production issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement in deployment, testing, and operational efficiency (DevOps).
Skill & Experience
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience working as a professional Web Developer, with 2+ years in a Senior capacity.
  • Deep expertise in architectural patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven) and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Expert proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • **Proven experience mentoring a team and leading large-scale projects.**
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
