Step 2: Download the wellness form
Attach the duly filled form to the application form
Step 3: Eligibility Documents and admission forms.
a) Application form is available at the school front desk.
b) The wellness form is to be signed by the physician and can also be downloaded from the website.
c) Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation / Civic Authorities.
d) 7 Individual passport size colour photographs of the student.
e) 3 Individual passport size colour photographs of both the parents.
f) Blood group report of the child.
g) Aadhar card copies of the parents/ Guardian and child.
